Introduction

OpenCyber is a self-sovereign infrastructure for everyone, built with smart contracts running on CyberChain and an end-to-end encryption technology stack.

The OpenCyber Stack​

The OpenCyber ecosystem is built on four interconnected pillars, with the OpenCyber Number (OCN) serving as the foundational key to all interactions.

Self-Sovereign Identity (OCN) (M1)​

The OpenCyber Number (OCN) is a decentralized, fully self-controlled digital identity. As the core of the OpenCyber ecosystem, it utilizes a simple, numeric format similar to a phone number, making it intuitive and easy to adopt. More than just a decentralized ID, each OCN is also a fully self-controlled smart crypto wallet.

Decentralized Trading (M1)​

A high-performance on-chain order book DEX (decentralized exchange) that enables fast and secure trading without centralized control. This autonomous DEX provides the financial backbone for the ecosystem, enabling true ownership and control over digital assets.

Decentralized Community Platform (M1/M2)​

Creators can build robust on-chain communities for their users and fans. By leveraging the blockchain, these communities—along with their governance and incentive systems—are designed for permanence and censorship resistance.

Private Messaging (Planned for M3/M4 Milestones)​

An end-to-end encryption technology stack designed to provide private one-on-one messaging and private groups. This component will secure all communications within the ecosystem, from direct messages to private chats within communities.
